Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced zuchinni
- 1 cup diced celery
- 8 cups fresh or frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup millett
- 8 cups vegeetable or chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oli in a large soup pot and add onions and saute until soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
turn heat to medium and let simmer for 30-40 mins or until vegetables are soft.
