MY EAST CHERRY COBBLER

  • 4 pounds fresh pitted cherries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch

Bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Meanwhile In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan I used 2 packages of Pillsbury pie crust for bottom crust pricked and baked 10 in a 400° oven. Added cherries
and used 2 Pillsbury pie crust for cutout flowers baked for 25-30 minutes or until golden
