Slow COoker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
  • 1 can root beer
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle bbq sauce
  • 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and shreds easily; 6 to 7 hours. Drain well. Shred or slice. Stir in BBQ sauce. Serve on buns.
