- Soy Curls, rehydrated with seasonings to resemble chicken
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup water
- Tomatoe paste
- Fresh tomatoes
- Brown sugar 3 tablespoons
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 can chicken stock, vegan
- 3 cup water
- Lemon grass sticks
- Garlic and onion
- Fish sauce 4 tablespoons, vegan
- Curry powder 4 tablespoons
- Chicken bouillon 1-2 cubes, vegan
