ORANGE JUICE CAKE
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) package orange flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour or spray with Baker's Joy 10" Bundt pan or tube pan. In a medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat all ingredients for 2 minutes or until well mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool slightly, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Top with glaze.
Combine all ingredients and drizzle over cake.
