Ingredients

  • 6-7 lb. Ground Pork (pork shoulder thru
  • coarse grind)
  • 3/4 Cup Rice, (decided 1/2 cup was better)
  • 3 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Onion, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Fill bottom of large pan with cabbage leaves. Shape into patties (3-4 oz.). Put in layers. Top with a large can saurkraut, 1 can water. Bring to boil. Boil slowly about 3 hours.
