Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- dash of hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 tbsp. corn starch

Whisk together all ingredients.
Pour over prepared stir fry and allow to simmer 1-2 minutes until thickened. Mix thoroughly to coat the stir fry mixture.
