- StoneGable Peach Dumplings
- 8 large very ripe peaches
- 4 TBS butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 boxes puffed pastry sheets
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- sanding sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 1
Thaw pastry sheet and cut into 4 squares. Cut peaches and remove stone. Mix sugars and butter with a fork.Place heaping TBLSP in one peach half.Set whole peach in center of pastry and fold corners together after brushing with heavy cream for glue. Make leaves with other pastry sheet and place on top with more cream. Sprinkle with sanding sugar. Bake 400 for 35 to 40 min.
