Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 Tbsp sour cream
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 5 Tbsp gherkins finely chopped, small pickled cucumbers
• 2 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped gherkins and parsley.
Cover and keep refrigerated until serving.
