Freezer Pickles

Ingredients

• 2 qts of cucumbers, sliced thinly do not peel
• 1 Lg onion, sliced thinly
• 2 tbsp pickling salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle salt over cucumbers add onion and mix and let stand for 2 hrs.

2. After 2 hrs pour out water of the cucumbers

3. Boil 1 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar

4. Let cool a little and pour over cucumbers put into small container and freeze
