Ingredients
- 3 large, ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 large red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 red chilli, finely chopped (remove the seeds if you don’t like it hot)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 . Combine all the ingredients and mix through.
- 2 .Set aside until you’re ready to use it.
