Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 c lightly toasted unsalted nuts or sunflower seeds
  • 2 T coconut oil at room temperature
  • 1 t light agave nectar
  • 1/2 t kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl and process. Scrape all sides and continue until very smooth (it could take up to 3 minutes). Transfer to resealable bowl for up to one month.
