Ingredients
- 4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Cup Water
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 cube Sweet Butter, softened
- 2 Cup Milk
- pinch Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, pinch of salt, powdered sugar, water & egg yolks. Add softened butter & beat to a smooth paste. Add milk & beat. Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into the mixture with a spatula. Bake in a heated iron until brown & crisp. Serve with sweetened & flavored whipped cream &/or fruit. Makes lots.
