Ingredients
- 5 cups cake flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk (eval)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 pcs egg whites
- 1 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
-mix egg whites add 1 tsp tartar & sugar until stiff then set aside
-in a bowl 5 cups of flour, baking powder & sugar then set aside
-in a bowl put 2 cups of eval milk & 1 tsp vanilla then slowly blend in the flour mixture until smooth
-then fold in flour mixture into the egg white, cut & fold until well blended
-steam for 10 minutes, you may put cheese on top of it.
