Directions

-mix egg whites add 1 tsp tartar & sugar until stiff then set aside -in a bowl 5 cups of flour, baking powder & sugar then set aside -in a bowl put 2 cups of eval milk & 1 tsp vanilla then slowly blend in the flour mixture until smooth -then fold in flour mixture into the egg white, cut & fold until well blended -steam for 10 minutes, you may put cheese on top of it.
