Ingredients
- Bottom
- 1 boxed brownie mix prepared according to package instructions
- Filling
- 24 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 t vanilla extract
- Ganache
- 1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 C heavy cream

Bottom
Prepare brownie mix per package instructions and pour into a greased spring form pan, bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Place cream cheese and sugar in stand mixer with the paddle attachement and mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and combine. Pour into the pan on top of the brownies and bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
Heat the cream to scalding and our over the chocolate chips. Stir to melt the chips and then pour over the cake. Chill the cake for at least 2 hours up to over night and serve.
