Ingredients
- 4 c peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Cook first 3 ingredients at high pressure for 1 minute
Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure
Stir cornstarch and water together
Bring peaches to simmer using Sauté setting
Stir in cornstarch mixture and whisk for 1 minute until thickened
