Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soften butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- black pepper
- 4 fresh Salmon Steaks ( 5-6oz each)

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, basil and parsley; mix until well blended. Spread half of butter mixture on top of Salmon Steaks. Sprinkle with pepper.
Grill, turning half way through cooking, and spread remaining butter mixture on other side of steak. Sprinkle with pepper.
