  • 14 ounces canned salmon
  • 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Step 1

Puree salmon-horseradish until smooth. Add nuts. Chill.
