Old Bay Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 1/4 t Old Bay
  • 1/4 C Cold Water
  • 1 C Canola Oil
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Food Processor, Add Lemon Juice, Egg Yolk, Garlic, Old Bay & Water. Pulse Until Garlic is Finely Chopped.

Food Processor ON, Slowly Drizzle Oil Until Aioli is Emulsified, About 2-3 Minutes.

Transfer to Bowl & Season with Salt.

Serve with Seafood.
