Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Sausage)
  • 8oz package lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 40 oz pasta sauce
  • 3 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz Ricotta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray the inside of the Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Brown the beef and sausage. Drain.
Add pasta sauce to the meats and mix.
Spread ¼ of the meat sauce on the bottom of the Crockpot.
Arrange 1/3 of the uncooked noodles over the sauce. You can break them up to make them fit in your Crockpot better.
Combine all Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with Ricotta in a bowl.
Spoon 1/3 of the cheese mixture over noodles.
Repeat these layers twice.
Top with remaining meat/sauce mixture
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
Let stand in Crockpot for 10 minutes with lid off before serving
