- 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 4 medjool dates
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 1 scoop TerraGreens
