Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 4 C. tomato juice
- 1 (29-oz) can tomato puree
- 1 (15-oz) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. celery, diced
- 1/4 C. green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 C. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Step 1
In a large frying pan, brown the ground beef and then drain off any fat.
Put the beef and the remaining ingredients into your crockpot and set to low for 3 to 4 hours.
