Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 / tea. allspice
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 ta. salt
- 1 tea. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces

- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 Tbsp. buter
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together four, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, sugar, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, oil and milk; stir in the flour mixture, then fold in rhubarb. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Prepare the topping as directed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
TOPPING
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, coconut and butter. Mix together until crumbly and spoon evenly over the batter, then sprinkle evenly with the coconut and nuts.
