Ingredients
- 3 peaches pitted and halved
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 C goat cheese crumbles (substitue Feta if you don't like goat cheese)
- S&P

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl coat peaches evenly with EVOO, S&P. Grill peaches flesh side down until they are charred about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cheese crumbles and drizzle with balsamic.
