  • 1 CUP CHOPPED YELLOW OR ORANGE BELL PEPPER
  • 1/2 CUP SLICED GREEN ONIONS

  • 3 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  • 1/4 CUP SLICED PITTED RIPE OLIVES

CRUST
HEAT OVEN TO 325
STIR CHIPS AND MARGARINE IN SMALL BOWL, PRESS ONTO BOTTOM OF 9" SPRINGFORM PAN. BAKE 15 MIN.
FILLING
BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND EGGS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL AT MED SPEED WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. MIX IN CHEESE AND CHILES, POUR OVER CRUST. BAKE 30 MIN.
TOPPING
SPREAD SOUR CREAM OVER CHEESECAKE. LOOSEN CAKE FROM RIM OF PAN, COOL BEFORE REMOVING RIM OF PAN. REF SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
TOP WITH REMAINING INGRED. SERVICE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS OR CRACKERS. MAKES 16 TO 20 SERVINGS.
