Ingredients

  • 1 OZ sugar
  • 2 labs + 5 OZ AP flour
  • 1 ounce active dry yeast
  • 1 tap black pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 OZ olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry yeast with flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 8 minutes on low speed
Spray the back of a cookie pan with non stick cooking spray. Cut the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out on a floured table. Stretch the dough over the back of the pan. Trim off the edges and prick with a fork. Brush w/ egg and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake at 425 degrees until crispy and golden brown.
