Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T. milk
- 1 T. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat over to 350. Grease baking sheets.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl.
3. Beat sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Drop by rounded Tbsp onto prepared baking sheets.
4. Bake 15-18 min or until edges are firm. Cool on baking sheets for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
5. GLAZE: Combine all 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
