Wheatena Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup wheatena
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chip
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

375 - 10-12 mins
Cream butter and sugars till light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat till fluffy. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add chips and nuts. Drop rounded on ungreased cookie sheet. Yields 5 dozen
