  • 9 mild Italian sausage 3 hot
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 cup cream
  • 1 inch Gorgonzola
  • Parsley
  • Onion
  • Penne noodle

Sauté large onion
Add 4 garlic cloves about Then add sausage out of casing. Crumble like hamburger. Cook. Than add 1/2 bottle white wine. Cook about 15 mins low simmer. Than add 1 large can diced tomatoes reduce at a good simmer about 30-40 min. Approx. than add about a good 1 inch of gorgonzola cheese. Stir in. Add at least 3 cups whipping cream
9 mild Italian and 3 hot sausages.
Cook 1 package penne noodle.Add sauce. Plus 1 cup Parm cheese. Mix together. Let sit 2/3 min. Mix again again a few times till minute absorbed add lots of fresh Parsley mix and Parmesan.
