Waffle Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients

• 4 tbs unsalted butter
• 3/4 all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. In a preheated and sprayed waffle iron, add 1/4 c. batter and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
3. Remove waffle and flip over the bottom of a muffin pan and allow to cool.
