Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 squares bitter chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter together and do a good job of it. Add eggs one at a time and beat well each time. Add melted chocolate and vanilla.

Pour into crust and chill several hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream on top.
May use regular pie crust or graham cracker crust. I like regular pie crust.
