Ingredients

  • 1 quart fruit with its own juices
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbls. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbls. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 Tbls. milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix 2/3 cup sugar, 2 Tbls. flour, and cinnamon together. Mix with fruit. Pour into glass baking dish.

In a small bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt. Mix with oil, milk, and egg. Spoon over fruit. Bake for approx. 30 minutes.
Can be topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
