Ingredients
- 2 C cooked and chopped chicken
- 1 T dried tarragon soaked in white wine for 45 minutes
- 1 C Mayo
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 2/3 C Macadamia nuts chopped
- S&P
- As much Celery as you want diced
- As much scallion as you want chopped
- Anything else you want to add
Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken, tarragon mixture, mayo and sour cream. Beat with a wooden spoon to combine well. Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
