Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken parts
- 1 8 oz can whole tomatoes
- 3/4 t basil leaves
- 3/4 t onion powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- dash of black pepper
- 1 T white wine
- 1/4 sliced black olives

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken parts well on all sides. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes and all herbs and spices. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer covered until chicken is tender - about 30 minutes. Add wine and olives. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
