Ingredients
- 1 package angel food cake mix
- 1 8-oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1 8-oz. container frozen chpped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine cake mix and pineapple in a large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
Spread whpping topping on the cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate util ready to serve.
