W30: Easy Tacos

Ingredients

• only need 2 more things to finish it off:
• Easy "Taco" Shells
• a cabbage
• pork rinds (always check the ingredients!)

Preparation

Step 1

To get the leaves off the cabbage properly, let the warm water tap run and let the warm water seep into the leaves, they will peel off really easy in a few seconds.
Heat the oven to about 180C (350F) and scoop the salsa mixture into the leaves. Place them in a baking dish with a little oil in it.
Crush the pork rinds and sprinkle that on top of the mixture, and bake it all off in 10-15 mins.
