Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 2 servings baked tortilla chips
- 1 cup tomatoes (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar or Mexican cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Hea oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir first 6 ingredients until well blended. Stir in chicken, tortilla chips and toato. Add 1 cup of the cheese. Spread mixture in baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top. Bake 5-10 minutes or util cheese is melted and miture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes.
