Ingredients
- 4 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 12-oz. can beer

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, dump baking mix, sugar and beer; mix well
Coat a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter equally into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Serve the rolls warm, or allow them to cool slightly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
