Fudge Brownie Pie

Delicious fudgy brownie bottom topped with marshmallow and a tasty chocolate fudge icing. Gorgeous!

Ingredients

• 1 cup of caster sugar
• 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 large free range eggs, beaten
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans
• 2 handfuls of mini marshmallows
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 8 ounces icing sugar, sifted
