Rock Cut Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. each, salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Franks Red Hot seasoning powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a Ziploc bag.

Add wings to flour mixture and coat well.

Deep fry wings in batches for 12 minutes.
