Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. each, salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Franks Red Hot seasoning powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a Ziploc bag.
Add wings to flour mixture and coat well.
Deep fry wings in batches for 12 minutes.
