Cinnamon N Sugar Biscotti

Ingredients

  • For Sprinkling:
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 6 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Blanched almonds
  • 1 bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add the flour and baking powder. Stir in almonds and chocolate chips. Divide dough into 4 long logs. Liberally sprinkle each log with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Slice each log into 1-1 1/2 inch wide strips. Lay each strip on its side and sprinkle again with cinnamon and sugar.
Return to oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes more until golden.
