Garlic and Rosemary Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb. unpeeled medium shrimp
- 2 Tbl. butter or margarine
- 1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic bumb
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 2 Tbl. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbl. lemon juice
- 3 dried red chile peppers
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbl. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; set aside. Melt butter with oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cut garlic bulb in half crosswise; separate and peel cloves. Add butter mixture; saute 2 minutes. Stir in wine and next 8 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.l Add shrimp; cook 5-6 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and pull away from shell.
