Artichoke Dip

  • 2 (8-ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Stir in mayo, 1 cup parmesan, and cream cheese. Top with 1 tablespoon parmesan. Put in oven safe serving dish and bake until bubbly about 30 minutes. Then, broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the top.
