- 1 lb sausages
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tbs parsley flakes
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
- 2 8 oz crescent dinner rolls

Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium skillet, brown sausage; drain. Stir in onion, parsley, cream
cheese and mushrooms; simmer 5 minutes
2. Separate dough into dough into rectangles, cut each rectangle in half.
Place a small teaspoon of sausage mixture on each rectangle of dough. Roll
dough around filling. Seal edge.
3. Place seam-side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about
16 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Tips: Works best with store-brand cescent rolls, name brand are too buttery and won't stay together. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and baked just before serving.
