Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 ta. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tea. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 Tbsp. honey

Serve over grilled chiken and salad greens
