Ingredients
- 2 c ketchup
- 1-1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp powdered mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely; refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
