Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz perl mozzarella balls
- 1/2 c chopped basil
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
