  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl bread, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries, optional
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Step 1

1. Place bread cubes and raisins in greased 3-qt. (13" x 9")
shallow baking
dish.

2. Beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a
time, mixing well after each. Slowly stir in milk, half and half, maple
syrup and vanilla, mix well until smooth.

3. Pour the bread cubes; cover and refrigerate overnite or at least 1 hour.

4. Preheat oven to 350°. Remove bread mixture from the refrigerator and let
stand for 30 minutes. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar and serve with warm maple syrup.
