scalloped corn

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup bread or saltine cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

preheat 350
lightly grease 2 qt casserole
combine all ingred. in large mixing bowl until well distributed.
spoon mixture into prepared casserole.
bake 40 minutes until bubbly and golden
